Association for Research in Diverse Communities
This new student-founded group seeks to empower students and faculty to thrive in a culturally diverse and global academic society and to impact research agendas and professional decisions that will move towards cultural diversity. Specific goals include:
- Developing relationships with community organizations that work with underserved and ethnically diverse populations in the community.
- Assessing Departmental training strengths and needs regarding conducting research with diverse communities.
- Promoting collaboration with on-campus multicultural and diverse student groups.
