Project Description:
Flexible hours: hopefully 4-10 per week, additional hours available if you wish to help multiple teachers Help grade homework including essays, creative projects, etc. - Assist teacher in classroom. I currently teach senior AP Psychology and sophomore World Studies. May also assist additional teachers. - If interested, may interact with and assist students of different ages (from 14-18 years old) and backgrounds. For example, some students have home issues, cultural barriers, learning disabilities. - If interested, may assist with lesson planning and teaching.
Skills / Experience Preferred:
- Excellent reading, writing, and proofing skills - Knowledge of the psychological sciences - Interest in working with adolescence
