Short Project Description
Project investigates emotion and psychophysiology in anxious and non anxious individuals. Comparing four groups of individuals (PTSD, trauma exposed no PTSD, panic disorder, and no psychopathology), we are looking at how psychophysiology is affected by emotional tasks and comparing the effects of PTSD treatment on emotional responding and psychophysiology. Participants are connected to psychophysiological equipment to monitor heart rate, breathing, skin conductance, and muscle movements throughout the protocol. RA responsibilities involve scoring and analysis of psychophysiological data and data entry. Training in both scoring and analysis of all psychophysiology measures will be provided. Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred but not required. Flexible hours.
