Short Project Description

We are currently working on several different projects. Our main project examines a peer support intervention to increase adherence rates taken by HIV+ individuals. Other projects involve an adherence intervention in China, a health survey of gay and lesbian Native Americans, sexual satisfaction in lesbian partnerships, overlapping racial and sexual minority identities, partner violence among HIV+ women and gay men, and gender/cross-cultural issues in primary HIV prevention. Research assistants would be active in all aspects of research, from data collecting, data entry and analysis of data, to library research, to writing up results for publication.
