Research

Research in my Social Identity Laboratory examines the interplay between social psychological theoretical perspectives and social issues. Much of our research examines the self and social identity; particularly from the perspective of members of socially marginalized groups. Additional domains of research interest include diversity, immigration, social inequality, and employment discrimination law. Our research incorporates a variety of methods from psychology and related disciplines, and examines questions both in the lab and field.
